Eco Labyrinth Promotes Environmental Responsibility in Eight Bulgarian Cities

Greed and indiscriminate exploitation of natural resources have led humankind deep into a labyrinth of numerous critical environmental problems. It is only through knowledge and perseverance that an exit could be found. Eco Labyrinth, a unique innovative educational tool, places kids in the shoes of humankind – in a labyrinth full of environmental choices. Some of them are wrong and lead you to a dead end, others are correct and take you out of the labyrinth.

To enter the labyrinth each kid should provide an “entrance fee” – one used beverage carton (UBC). Then the journey begins: What reusable materials can be found in UBC; How many trees do we save by recycling one ton of cardboard; How many years does it take for plastic to decompose in nature, etc. Step by step, the right answers lead to the exit and the well-deserved rewards.

Eco Labyrinth is created and operated by DeConi for Tetra Pack, the world’s largest producer of beverage cartons, and Ecopack Bulgaria, the country’s leading packaging recovery organization.

DeConi ProBono for E-voting in Bulgaria

In the referendum which is to be held simultaneously with the local elections on October 25, voters will be asked: “Are you in favour of making remote voting by electronic means possible during elections and referendums?”

E-voting will allow millions of Bulgarians living abroad as well as disabled persons to easily give their vote in elections and referendums and participate in the political processes and public life in this country. It is also a major step towards electronic government which guarantees higher transparency and accountability of public institutions.

The team of the agency developed a TV and radio campaign in favor of e-voting as part of the DeConi ProBono program.

Volkswagen LCV Presented in Bulgaria the New Generation Caddy and Transporter

With an impressive multimedia show and special event at Porsche Sofia Iztok showroom the new modifications of Caddy and Transporter were presented to clients and partners of Porsche BG and fans of the Volkswagen brand.

The multimedia show created by DeConi highlighted all technological innovations and newly introduced systems that make Caddy Generation Four and Multivan Generation SIX a class of their own.

Old Paper for New Book 2015

5 September 2015, Plovdiv

This year the Old Paper for New Book campaign started in Plovdiv, with Ruse and Sofia joining next weekend.

The mechanism of the campaign is pretty simple – any child who brings at least 5 kg of old paper receives a new book provided by the partnering publishing houses. The accompanying theater performance, workshop, quizzes and games turn the event into a memorable experience for the kids. The objective of the initiative is to promote separate waste collection and recycling and build responsible attitude towards nature among children and their families, as well as to stimulate their interest in books and reading

In Plovdiv alone more than 1,000 books were given away and 4,2 tons of paper collected, which amounts to 55 saved trees.

Greenwich book center and Ecopack Bulgaria organize the event with the creative support of DeConi for a third year in row.

DeConi with Video Commercial for Chipolino

Positive Energy Day of ProCredit Bank

The Positive Energy Day of ProCredit Bank promotes green activities in our everyday life. It is the little things that we do, like shopping with reusable instead of plastic bags, recycling glass, plastic and paper packaging or turning it into useful things or objects of art, etc., that can create real change in terms of nature conservation. This is exactly what participants in the event, children and their parents, demonstrated in the workshops during the event.

It was organized by DeConi at two locations in Sofia and besides the green workshops, participants enjoyed a theater performance by employees of the bank and a spectacular 20-minute firework show.

WYCON Cosmetics launch in Bulgaria

DeConi launched the top Italian brand WYCON Cosmetics in Bulgaria with grand opening of their first sore in Sofia and PR campaign. The leading Italian make-up artist Massimiliano Latte demonstrated the Summer collection applying his art to Miss Bulgaria 2015, Simona Evgenieva, perfectly well illustrating the the core brand values innovation, variety, top quality and “Italianness”. Two more stores are to be opened by September and eight more in 2016.

BG Green Awards 2015 – First Place in the Communication Agency with Green Project Category for DeConi

DeConi was recognized for the “Become Ecohero!” campaign, the agency developed for Ecopack Bulgaria. The strategic approach of the campaign is based on principles like effective interaction chain, cooperation, innovation, co-creation, long-termism and scale. In just five months, 11,700 school children and their families from nine cities (35% of all 1-8 graders in those cities) became ecoheroes and ambassadors of separate waste collection and nature protection in their communities.
